生物反馈联合电刺激治疗盆底功能障碍性疾病效果观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察生物反馈联合电刺激治疗盆底功能障碍性疾病(PFD)的效果。方法 150例产后PFD患者,按入院时间分为两组。A组85例予生物反馈联合电刺激治疗,B组65例予单纯电刺激治疗。3个月后,评定两组的盆底肌力及排尿情况,对比生活质量评分及疗效。结果 A组治疗后盆底肌力明显优于B组,排尿间隔及每次排尿量高于B组,每日排尿频次低于B组,生活质量评分及治愈率均高于B组,差异均有统计学意义。结论生物反馈联合电刺激治疗产后PFD效果良好,可明显改善产妇盆底肌力及排尿情况,提高生活质量。
