地佐辛与帕瑞昔布钠用于子宫全切术后镇痛效果观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察地佐辛、帕瑞昔布钠、地佐辛联合帕瑞昔布钠用于腹腔镜子宫全切术后镇痛的效果。方法该院行腹腔镜子宫全切术的患者95例,按序列号法随机分为D组31例、P组32例、联合组32例。D组术后静脉滴注0.1m g/k g地佐辛,P组术前静脉滴注帕瑞昔布钠4 0m g,联合组应用帕瑞昔布钠联合地佐辛,用法、用量同前两组。结果疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS评分)三组术后均呈先略升高后又下降的过程。P组与其他两组比较,这种变化趋势波动更小,苏醒时、苏醒后30分钟在三组中疼痛最轻;在苏醒后2小时联合组疼痛减轻最明显,P组次之;在苏醒后4小时D组与P组水平接近,而联合组疼痛程度依然明显轻于其他两组。不良反应:D组有19例(61.3%),P组有14例(43.8%),联合组5例(15.6%),三组间差异有统计学意义。结论地佐辛联合帕瑞昔布钠不仅能有效减轻腹腔镜子宫全切术后疼痛,而且能减少不良反应的发生。
