医疗不良事件预警机制的应用研究

Research on the application of medical adverse event early warning mechanism

目的本研究旨在建立医疗不良事件预警机制,通过该机制的实施防范医疗不良事件的发生、降低损害程度。方法根据临床医疗过程中存在的风险以及由此引发的医疗不良事件,在循证和专家共识的基础上针对这些风险点及不良事件提出解决方法,建立预警机制。结果医疗不良事件预警机制包括建立预警组织机构、医疗不良事件分级、风险预警匹配分级、干预措施。结论建立医疗不良事件预警机制是预防医疗不良事件、降低损害程度的有效途径之一。

Objective The purpose of this study is to establish an early warning mechanism for medical adverse events,through the implementation of the mechanism to prevent the occurrence of medical adverse events,reduce the degree of damage. Methods According to the risk of medical treatment,this paper puts forward the solution based on the evidence and expert consensus. Results Medical adverse event early warning mechanism,including the establishment of early warning organizations,medical adverse event classification,risk early warning matching classification,to take appropriate measures.Conclusion The establishment of medical adverse event warning mechanism is one of the effective ways to prevent adverse events and to reduce the degree of damage.
