医院基建工程项目临时党支部建设的实践与思考

Practice and Exploration of Organizing Temporary Party Branch in Hospital Infrastructure Engineering Project

党的十八大报告指出创新基层党建工作,夯实党执政的组织基础,充分发挥党组织推动发展、服务群众、凝聚人心、促进和谐的作用。笔者分析了目前医院基建工程项目中党组织建设存在的主要问题,讨论了医院基建工程项目临时党支部的设置原则。同时,结合上海市第一人民医院改扩建工程项目属地化联合党支部建设的实践经验,对医院基建工程项目的党组织科学化建设进行了思考,提出了建议和对策。
