妊娠妇女对儿童龋齿发生因素及预防的防治认知调查

目的调查妊娠期妇女关于儿童龋齿发生的因素及防治的认知程度,针对性进行口腔宣教。方法对2012-2013年在某妇幼保健院接受妊娠期教育的1354名妊娠期妇女进行问卷调查,并进行认知程度评分,最后对妊娠妇女认知程度与不同背景因素相关性进行评价。结果妊娠妇女对儿童龋齿的认知程度与年龄有关(P<0.001),但与孕周无关(P>0.05)。通过对各背景因素的分析显示,不同年龄妊娠妇女的认知程度没有差异(P>0.05);不同孕周、经济收入、文化程度的妊娠妇女认知程度具有显著性差异(P<0.001)。孕周越晚认知度越高,经济收入与文化程度越高,其对儿童龋齿的认知度越高。结论对孕周早期阶段和经济收入低及文化程度低的妊娠妇女应加强关于儿童龋齿发生因素及预防的防治宣教。

Objective To understand the status of Pregnant Women For Konwledge Of Children's Caries Causes And Prevention,in order to carrying out health education. Methods A questionnaire was designed and used in the survey.1354 respondents were random sampled from an maternal and child care service hospital form 2012 to 2013. Konwledge Of Children's Caries Causes And Prevention were calculated by scores and analysised with other factors. Results Konwledge Of Children's Caries Causes has relation with age( P < 0. 001),but has no significant relation of gestational weeks( P > 0. 05).There was no significant difference of Konwledge Of Children's Caries Causes And Prevention in different age( P > 0. 05),but was significant difference in elder gestational weeks and high income、highly education groups( P < 0. 001). The elder gestational weeks and high income、highly education was factors which was able to increase the Cognition rate of Children's Caries Causes And Prevention. Conclusion It is necessary to enchance the Health education of Pregnant Women For Konwledge Of Children's Caries Causes And Prevention especially for early gestational weeks and low income、lacked education women.
