Bibliometrical Analysis of Congenital Heart Disease in China

目的对国内先天性心脏病(congenital heart disease,CHD)研究文献进行分析,及时追踪国内研究水平与动态,为CHD研究者提供高效的、价值高的文献参考。方法以2006-2015年国内CHD文献作为研究对象,采用文献计量学方法,从年度载文量、第一作者及单位、核心发文机构、文献的地域分布、在核心期刊发文量及基金项目资助等进行统计。结果 CHD文献的年度发文基本平稳;第一作者和核心发文机构对此方向的研究均有较好的连续性,地域分布广泛;为CHD研究确定核心期刊35种;国家层面的基金资助占绝对优势。结论 CHD的研究受到广泛关注,已形成该领域的核心研究机构和核心期刊,国家级基金在该领域项目数多,CHD研究者随时关注核心研究机构、核心期刊、国家级基金情况,可以最快捷了解该领域的研究动态,掌握CHD高质量的文献。

Objective To conduct bibliometrical analysis on congenital heart disease in China; To follow updomestic research level and trends; To provide efficient and high-value literature references for researchers ofcongenital heart disease. Methods The literature about congenital heart disease from 2006 to 2015 was set as thesubject, and bibliometrical analysis was carried out from the aspects of the number of articles per year, firstauthor and affiliations, publication of the core affiliations, literature regions, the number of published articles incore journals, funds of articles related to congenital heart disease. Results The results revealed that the numberof articles per year was basically stable; the study from first author and affiliations had good continuity;geographical distribution was wide; 35 types of core journals of congenital heart disease were determined; thefunds in national level were dominated. Conclusion The study on congenital heart disease has receivedextensive attention. Core research institutions and core journals have been formed in this field. There are a lot ofnational funds. Researchers of congenital heart disease should pay attention to the core research institutions, corejournals, national fund situation, and then they can quickly understand the research trends and high-qualityliterature of congenital heart disease.
