基于文献的中西医结合治疗脑梗死药物使用情况分析

Analysis on Medication Condition of Integrative TCM and Western Medicine Treatment for Cerebral Infarction Basing on Text Mining

目的利用文本挖掘方法分析中西医结合治疗脑梗死的中药、西药联合使用情况,为脑梗死的临床用药提供数据支持。方法在中国知识资源总库、万方数据库和中国生物医学文献数据库中收集中西医结合治疗脑梗死的文献,整理筛选后,人工提取文献信息,采用频数分析、网络分析、关联分析等方法分析中西医结合治疗脑梗死的用药情况。结果共检索到文献1549篇。阿司匹林、胞二磷胆碱、低分子右旋糖酐等为最常使用的西药,自拟方剂、补阳还五汤加减、血塞通等为最常使用的中药,自拟方剂与胞二磷胆碱、补阳还五汤加减和低分子右旋糖酐、自拟方剂和阿司匹林等为常见的中西药联用组合。结论在临床研究中治疗脑梗死时中西医联合用药,以西医抗血小板聚集的药物和中药拟观察的药物联合为主。

Objective To analyze the medication condition of TCM and Western medicine in integrativeTCM and Western medicine treatment for cerebral infarction based on text mining; To provide data support forclinical medication of cerebral infarction. Methods The literature about integrative TCM and Western medicinetreatment for cerebral infarction in China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang Data and China BiologyMedicine Literature Database. After sorting, the literature information was extracted artificially, and thenfrequency analysis, network analysis, correlation analysis and other methods were used to discover themedication condition of integrative TCM and Western medicine treatment for cerebral infarction. Results 1549articles were retrieved. Aspirin, citicoline, and low molecular weight dextran were the most commonly usedWestern medicine, and self-made prescription, Buyang Huanwu Decoction plus and minus, Xuesetong were themost commonly used TCM. Self-made prescription and citicoline, Buyang Huanwu Decoction plus and minusand dextran, self-made prescription and aspirin were the most commonly used integrative TCM and Westernmedicine combinations. Conclusion In clinical studies about integrative TCM and Western medicine treatment of cerebral infarction, the major combination therapy is that Western medicine is anti-platelet aggregation drugsand TCM was the medicine to observe.
