摘要 作为高等教育领域内的重大变革,研究生培养机制改革自实施以来便受到社会的广泛关注.但在改革中,各参与主体为实现自身利益的最大化,围绕着利益价值取向和利益诉求目标的不同产生各种博弈行为,影响和制约着改革政策的顺利实施.为缓和各方利益冲突,有必要通过增加国家经费投入、完善奖励考评机制、强化问责机制等方式,来减少利益主体间无序博弈行为的发生,进而推动研究生培养机制改革的顺利实施. As a significant change in the field of higher education, the graduate cultivation mechanism reform hasreceived extensive attention of the society since its implementation. But in the reform, the participants, in order toachieve the maximization of self-interest, produce a variety of game actions around different interest values and interestgoals, influencing and restricting the smooth implementation of the reform policies. To mitigate the conflicts of theparticipants, it is necessary to reduce the disordered gambling behaviors among interest subjects by increasing stateexpenditure, by improving the incentive evaluation mechanism, by strengthening the accountability mechanism. Thusthe implementation of postgraduate cultivation mechanism reform can be promoted smoothly.
