摘要
随着网络技术的发展,电子商务在我国经济发展中扮演的角色越来越重要。本文从商业生态系统的视角通过对互联网平台企业的商业模式进行分析,探讨了互联网平台企业商业生态系统的参与主体和价值创造机理,有针对性地提出了以价值共创平台为中心、选择生态位成员、管理价值共创平台等构建策略。
With the development computer and network, the internet industry plays a more and more important role in the economic development of China. The research analyzes the business model of e-commerce platform enterprise from the perspective of business ecosystem, discusses the participants and the value cre?ation mechanism of e-commerce platform enterprise and puts forward the corresponding strategies: centering onthe co-creation value platform, selecting ecological niche members and managing the value co-creating platform and so on.
