白蚁巢胶囊治疗少精子症临床观察

Clinical Observation of Baiyichao Capsules for the Treatment of Oligozoospermia

目的观察白蚁巢胶囊治疗少精子症的临床疗效。方法将100例少精子症不育患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例,治疗组患者口服白蚁巢胶囊,对照组患者口服枸橼酸氯米芬片,疗程均为3个月,随访6个月。观察2组患者治疗前后精液量、精液液化时间、精子密度、精子活动度及患者配偶受孕情况,评价临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为84%(42/50),对照组总有效率为60%(30/50),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗后精液量、液化时间、精子密度、精子活动度均较治疗前有所改善,且治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论白蚁巢胶囊通过改善少精子症不育患者的精液质量,从而治疗少精子症患者的不育。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Baiyichao Capsules or the treatment of oligozoospermia.Methods Totally 100 cases of oligozoospermia patients were randomly divided into treatment group and controlgroup, with 50 patients in each group. Patients in the treatment group were treated with Baiyichao Capsules, whilepatients in the control group were treated with clomifene. The treatment course for both groups lasted three months,while periods of follow-up lasted six months. The semen quantity, liquefaction time, density of sperm, vitality ofsperm, and pregnancy status of patient spouse were compared before and after treatment to evaluate the clinicalefficacy. Results The total effective rates were 84% (42/50) in the treatment group and 60% (30/50) in the controlgroup, with statistical significance (P<0.05). The semen quantity, liquefaction time, density of sperm, and vitality ofsperm in the two groups were improved, and the improvement of the teatment group was superior to the controlgroup, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Baiyichao Capsules can improve semen quality ofoligozoospermia patients and then cure their barrenness.
