基于雷公藤配伍前后雷公藤内酯酮含量变化探讨其减毒机制 被引量:12

摘要 目的以雷公藤内酯酮为指标,考察黄芪配伍雷公藤前后的雷公藤毒性成分的含量变化,以期推断其可能配伍减毒机制。方法采用高效液相色谱法比较分析黄芪配伍雷公藤前后毒性成分雷公藤内酯酮含量变化,从化学成分层次分析其减毒的物质基础变化,并结合中药七情中"相畏相杀"理论,推断其可能配伍减毒机制。结果含量测定试验中黄芪配伍雷公藤的雷公藤内酯酮平均含量(0.42×10^(-3) mg/m L)明显低于单味雷公藤的雷公藤内酯酮含量(0.54×10^(-3) mg/m L),说明黄芪配伍雷公藤后降低了雷公藤内酯酮的含量。结论黄芪与雷公藤配伍可降低雷公藤毒性。 Objective To investigate the changes in the contents of toxic constituents of Triptergium wilfordiibefore and after the compatibility with Astragali Radix with the index of triptolide; To infer the possible compatibilitymechanism of reducing poison. Methods HPLC was used to compare and analyze the changes in the contents of toxicconstituents of Triptergium wilfordii before and after the compatibility with Astragali Radix with the index oftriptolide. Changes of material basis of reducing poison were analyzed from the level of chemical components. Thetheory of “mutual restraint between two medicines” in TCM seven emotions was combined to infer the possiblecompatibility mechanism of reducing poison. Results The average content of triptolide in compatibility with AstragaliRadix (0.42×10-3 mg/mL) was significantly lower than that in single Tripterygium wilfordii (0.54×10-3 mg/mL). Itshowed that the content of triptonide decreased after the compatibility with Astragali Radix. Conclusion Thecompatibility of Astragali Radix can reduce the toxicity of Triptergium wilfordii.
