摘要
针对现代起重机行业中电机调速发展滞后的问题,研究了10种异步电机调速方法,重新划分为3大类并进行了性能分析:新型转子串电阻调速优化了有级调速,部分解决了能耗大等问题;新型串级调速针对功率因数低、谐波大等问题优势明显;改进型变频调速性能极佳,但造价高、可靠性差。在此基础上,根据本行业需求从调速性能等几个方面综合对比分析,提出基于IGBT斩波和PWM整流器的外馈式串级调速系统具有更好的工程实用价值。
In view of problems existing in the lagging development of rotor speed control in modern craneindustry,10 methods of speed control for asynchronous motor which could be reclassified into three major categorieswas studied,and performance analyses was conducted. New rotor-resistance speed control optimizes step speedregulation,partially solving high energy consumption and other problems. New cascade speed regulation has itsunique advantages in the problems of low power factor,high harmonics and so on. The improved frequency controlwith excellent speed control performance has high cost and poor reliability. Furthermore,according to therequirements of the crane industry and the comprehensive comparison analysis of the speed performance and otheraspects,developed an external feedback cascade speed control system based on IGBT chopper and PWM rectifierwhich has more practical value for engineering.
