基于CAN-LINK主从矢量控制国产变频器在转炉的应用

摘要 目前,炼钢转炉倾动主要采用4变频器拖4电机的主从控制方式,但这一技术领域被外资品牌变频器所占据,国产品牌变频器难以胜任。针对这一现状,我们在研究国产变频器性能的基础上,与国产变频器厂家一起优化变频性能,成功地在印度某钢厂60 t转炉倾动系统上使用国产变频器,采用了先进的主从矢量控制方式,打破了外资品牌在这一领域的垄断。实践证明,国产变频器完全胜任炼钢转炉倾动的严格要求,满足炼钢需求。 Presently,master-slave control mode of 4-converter & 4-motor is mainly provided for converter tiltingsystem,but the technical field is occupied by foreign brand converter,and domestic brand converter is difficult to bequalified. According to this situation,we optimized the converter performance together with domestic convertersupplier on the basis of studying the converter performance,and successfully applied the domestic converter in 60 tconverter tilting system of one Indian steel plant,and adopted advanced master-slave vector control mode to breakmonopoly of foreign brand in this field. Practice has proved that the domestic converter is fully capable of convertertilting,and satisfies steel making requirements.
