With the advent of the era of“overall asset management”,the way to get high return while controllingrisks tests the bank’s overall strength and wisdom. This article discusses the way for banks to conduct internal controland management of asset management from the perspective of the mode of capital operation,and offers proposals on in?ternal control of bank’s asset management on the basis of analyzing the defects on the internal control of bank’s capitaloperation.
