农户生产效率的DEA-Tobit模型研究——基于“空心村”的视角

Research on the Farm Productivity and Efficiency by DEA-Tobit Model

本文利用Tobit模型研究"空心村"对农户生产效率的影响,通过DEA方法测算农户生产效率,通过回归结果表明"空心村"对农户生产效率具有显著的正面影响,因此政府应该提供更多的非农就业机会,加快户籍制度改革以及城镇化建设,促进农村剩余劳动力的转移,从而提高农户的生产效率。各地政府应当清楚认识到盲目追求经济增长及招商投资,对农户生产效率不能起促进作用。

With the deepening of reform and opening up,large number of young rural labors transfer,which gen?erates the phenomenon of“empty village”. This paper focus on the impact on farm productivity efficiency imposed bythe phenomenon of“empty village”. Estimate farm productivity efficiency by DEA method and regression analysisthrough Tobit model,the result shows:the phenomenon of“empty village”has a significant positive impact on thefarm productivity efficiency,so government should provide more non-farm employment opportunities to promote thetransfer of rural surplus labor force. In addition,government should realize that blindly pursuing economic develop?ment and investment invitation would not promote farm productivity and efficiency.
