The Risk Assessment in Synthesizing Inspection of Law Enforcement of PBC

本文在人民银行地市中心支行对辖区某商业银行开展常规的综合执法检查的基础上,以风险评估为视角,结合检查业务的实际情况,应用风险矩阵评估被检查对象的风险等级,并提出了进一步改进人民银行综合执法的政策建议。

Based on the practice of PBC sub-branch’s synthesizing inspection of law enforcement to commercialbanks,the paper applies risk matrix to estimate risk grading of commercial banks from the perspective of risk assess?ment. Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions for synthesizing inspection of law enforcement of PBC.
