高职院校图书馆馆员专业能力培养模式探究

On Training Mode of Professional Ability of Librarians in Higher Vocational Colleges

探讨高职院校图书馆的重要作用,分析图书馆员应具备的业务素质和能力,提出高职院校图书馆员的培养模式,包括校方加强重视,开展校外培训和校内交流,建立激励机制,鼓励自学,建立轮岗制度,实现用人所长。图书馆员只有具备较高的职业素质和学习能力才能满足当今信息社会的需求,更好地服务于读者和教职员工。

The important role of higher vocational college libraries was discussed and professional quality and ability which librarians should possess were analyzed. Furthermore,a training mode of librarians in higher vocational colleges was put forward. It advocates the attention strengthening by vocational colleges,the combination of off-campus training and oncampus exchanges,the establishment of an incentive mechanism to encourage self-study and the set up of work shift system to realize the use of the most suitable talents. It points out that librarians can only meet the needs of today’s information society and better service readers and faculty members when they have possessed high professional quality and learning ability.
