利用微信企业号搭建移动管理系统实践探析

Applied Research of Mobile Management System Based on WeChat Enterprise Number

从移动互联网的发展来看,建立移动管理系统是非常必要的。微信是目前中国使用最广泛的移动应用软件,微信企业号则提供了安全、高效、便捷的移动化解决方案。根据案例公司的移动管理系统需求分析,开展了利用微信企业号的系统设计和实践。对系统运行后的效果分析显示,该系统在实施快捷、推广容易、安全保密、沟通顺畅、效率提升等方面的效果明显。另外,企业号中接入第三方应用既有优势也有不足,在应用选型时考虑提供商的综合实力十分必要。最后指出,把企业号和订阅号、服务号相结合,打造一个全方位的移动信息管理系统。

From the perspective of the development of mobile internet,it is a necessary trend to establish a mobile management system.Today,WeChat has become the most widely used mobile application in China.WeChat enterprise number,however,provides a safe,efficient and convenient mobile solution for enterprise users.According to an analysis of a case company’s mobile management system needs,a system was designed and implemented using WeChat enterprise number.Through the analysis of the operation effect of the system,the system design of WeChat enterprise number and its implementation was carried out.It showed that the system boasts evident efficiency in fast implementation,easy to promotion,security,smooth communication and efficiency improvement.In addition,the access to third party applications has both advantages and disadvantages,so that it is necessary to consider the comprehensive strength of application providers.In the end,it advocates the integration of enterprise number with subscription number and service number to create an all-round mobile information management system.
