摘要
航道疏浚是码头工程建设中的基础工作之一.以国外某30万t级油船码头航道疏浚为对象,研究了有爆炸物的复杂地质环意下航道疏浚方法、设备及安全措施.第一,认真研读工作区岩土工程勘察报告,以预判未勘察到的岩层和孤石;第二,根据工作区地层物理力学性质结合海洋、气象、爆炸物、生产条件、生活条件等确定疏浚方法设备;第三,有爆炸物的工作区,抓斗船全面清理和潜水员重点目标清理把爆炸物风险降到最低.第四,疏浚工作区上层时,投入安装有防爆炸物格栅的耙吸船.
Channel dredging is one of the basic works in the construction of wharf engineering. Based on the channel dredging of a foreign 300 thousand ton oil tanker wharf,the way,equipment and safety measures of dredging have been researched in complex geological environment with explosive. First,the geotechnical engineering investigation report of work area should be seriously studied so that the unexplored rock and boulder can been predicted. Second,the way and equipment of dredging can be chosen according to physical and mechanical properties of formation with combination of ocean,meteorology,explosive,production conditions,living conditions and so on. Third,if there is found explosive in work area,risk of explosive can be minimized with combination of comprehensive cleaning of grab ship and selective cleaning of divers. Four,when the upper sediment is dredged,it is good to install grids of explosion proof in the drag suction dredger.
