摘要
通过分析全挂车牵引架在越野路工况下的受力,对其进行改进设计,增加缓冲装置和安全冗余结构。对牵引架进行了CAE强度分析、疲劳等效里程台架模拟试验。实车越野路面通过可靠性试验。文章为开发越野挂车牵引系统提供参考依据。
By analyzing and calculating the force in working condition about off-road terrain , the design of traction frame isimproving ,which contains two new design: buffer spring system and redundant safety system . Sample product istrial-produced after the design of traction frame has been CAE analysis, then it is installed on the testbench to process asimulation test. Finally the traction frame is arranged for reliability test and past at a time. This paper provides an effectivedesign thinking and reference frame for designing of off-road vehicle’s traction frame.
