重卡转向直拉杆的设计方法研究

针对重卡转向直拉杆设计,提出一种考虑到前轴主销内倾角及后倾角情况下的转向直拉杆长度计算方法,并与传统的作图法作比较,为进一步准确计算转向直拉杆的长度提供参考。

Specific to the steering drag link design of heavy truck steering system,this paper puts forward one calculationgmethod about the length of steering drag link under the consideration of kingpin inclination angle and caster angle on thefront axle,compared with the traditional drawing method,this method can provide a reference for calcuating the length ofsteering drag link more accurately.
