摘要
重卡车辆的驾驶室形状对整车空气阻力影响很大,整车阻力的大小直接影响到车辆的动力性经济性。文章针对某4×2重型载货车油耗高的问题,从重型车产品开发的角度出发,通过合理的匹配优化措施,并结合CRUISE软件的模拟分析,以及后期的试验验证,实现整车的燃油经济性指标优化,提高产品的市场竞争力。
Heavy truck’s cab varies from each other, and effects a lot to car resistance. Car resistance directly effect to car’sdynamic and economic. In order to deal with the problem of high fuel consumption and of 4×2 heavy-duty trucks. Thisarticle will start from the development of heavy vehicles, and also combine the matching optimization measures. During thisprocess, we use CRUISE to simulate and analyst. AT last, by using test measurement to validate the economical level of thewhole car. Through these method to improve the market competitiveness of products.
