摘要
文章主要介绍i EV5/6电池壳体气密性检测线的功能、部件、原理及操作注意事项。该检测线涉及机械设计、光学检测、电子电路、示踪气体检测等多学科领域,集光、机、电、气于一体。可为电动汽车壳体气密性指标提出有力判别标准,并准确定位其漏点位置。随着该设备的实际使用,生产方在保证出货电池壳体的密封性能同时,大幅提高了生产效率,为江淮公司出货和品质提供了有力的保障。
This paper mainly introduces the function, the component, the principle and the attention of the gas tight test lineof the iEV5/6 battery shell. The detection line relates to the mechanical design, optical detection, electronic circuit, trace gasdetection and other fields, and integrates light, machine, electricity and gas into one body. For the electric vehicle shelltightness index to provide the criterion, and the accurate positioning of the leaking location.
