普洱市产业结构与就业结构协调发展研究

Study on Harmonious Development of Industrial Structure and Employment Structure of Pu'er City

建设首个国家绿色经济试验示范区加快了普洱市产业结构的调整步伐,也为就业结构提供了新的调整方向和空间。基于2000年至2014年数据,利用"结构偏离度"指标测度普洱市产业结构与就业结构协调发展程度,结果发现:第一产业、第二产业与就业偏离度较高,第三产业与就业渐趋均衡。促进产业结构与就业结构协调发展,普洱市应着力推进城镇化进程、建立健全城乡统一的劳动力市场、调整教育结构培养满足产业结构优化升级的劳动力。

The construction of national green economy demonstration area accelerates the industrial structure adjustment pace in Pu'er City, also provides a new adjustment direction and space for the employment structure. The use of structure deviation degree can measure the coordination degree between industrial structure and employment structure in Pu'er City from 2000 to 2014. The deviation degree of primary industry, the secondary industry and the employment structure is pretty high while the tertiary industry shares the balance with the employment structure. To promote the harmonious development of industrial structure and employment structure, it is important to accelerate the process of urbanization, establish sound labor market in urban and rural areas, and adjust the structure of education to meet the labor force of the optimized and upgraded industrial structure.
