摘要
通过对组织间地位差异、个人权力、社会权力对应急合作关系的影响进行研究,检验了个人权力和社会权力在地位差异与应急合作关系间的中介作用,风险感知对个人权力和社会权力与应急合作关系的调节效应。研究结果显示,地位差异、个人权力和社会权力对应急合作关系具有显著影响。其中,组织间地位差异对应急合作关系具有负向影响,个人权力和社会权力对应急合作关系具有正向影响,地位差异通过个人权力和社会权力影响应急合作关系,风险感知调节个人权力和社会权力与应急合作关系之间的关系。最后,提出了高层应急指挥者应依据风险差异,通过调整权力分配等方式调整组织间的权力分配。
In this paper, we study the influence of emergency cooperation relationship on status differences,personal power, and social power, and test the mediating effect of individual power and social power in groupstatus differences and the relationship among organizations, as well as the regulating effect of risk perception on therelationship between personal power and social power and emergency cooperation. Research results show that thestatus differences, personal power, and social power have a significant influence on the emergency cooperationrelationship. The differences in organization have negative influences on the emergency cooperation relationship,and personal power and social power have positive influences on the emergency cooperation relationship. Statusdifferences affect the emergency cooperation through the personal power and social power, meanwhile the riskperception regulates the relationship between the personal power and social power and the emergency cooperation.Finally, it is proposed that the high-level emergency conductor should regulate the power allocation amongorganizations according to the risk differences.
