比索洛尔治疗左室射血分数保留心力衰竭患者的疗效观察

Curative observation of bisoprolol in heart failure patients with preserved left ventricular ejection fraction

目的 观察比索洛尔对左室射血分数保留的心力衰竭患者的治疗效果。方法 入选2014年2月~2014年9月收治的左室射血分数保留的心力衰竭患者52例为研究对象，根据随机数字表，分为观察组与对照组两组，每组26例，每组均给予心力衰竭常规治疗，观察组给予比索洛尔治疗，对照组给予常规药物治疗，治疗14 d，治疗后随访3个月，观察比较两组患者治疗前后血压、心率、神经内分泌因子水平、FS、CO、左室功能变化和临床疗效。结果 两组患者的性别构成、年龄、NYHA心功能分级无统计学差异（P＞0.05）。治疗后，两组患者心率进行比较，观察组患者心率较对照组患者有显著降低，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组患者收缩压、舒张压比较，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后，两组患者血栓素B2、肿瘤坏死因子-α、脑钠肽水平比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组患者治疗前后左室内径缩短分数和心输出量比较，两组治疗前后均有差异（P＜0.05），其中治疗后比索洛尔组较对照组显效更明显（P＜0.05）。结论 相较于常规治疗药物，比索洛尔对左室射血分数保留的心力衰竭患者具有较好的疗效。

Objective To observe the effect of bisoprolol in heart failure patients with preserved left ventricularejection fraction. Methods 52 heart failure patients with preserved left ventricular ejection fraction from September toFebruary in 2014 were selected as subjects. According to the random number table, subjects were divided into observationgroup and control group, each group had 26 subjects. Each group received routine treatment, observation group was givenbisoprolol, control group only received routine drug treatment. Subjects were followed up for 3 months after 14 days’treatment. Blood pressure, heart rate, neuroendocrine factors, left ventricular fractional shortening (FS), cardiac output (CO),the changes of left ventricular function and clinical curative effect were compared between two groups, before and aftertreatment. Results There were no significant differences in gender, age and NYHA function between two groups (P>0.05).Heart rates of observation group were significantly lower than control group (P<0.05). After treatment, systolic bloodpressure, diastolic blood pressure, thromboxane B2, tumor necrosis factor-α, brain natriuretic peptide was statisticallysignificant between two groups (P<0.05). FS and CO in two groups were different before and after treatment (P<0.05),especially for observation group (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with conventional drug therapy, bisoprolol is moreeffective in heart failure patients with preserved left ventricular ejection fraction.
