血清miR-208a在急性心肌梗死早期及急诊PCI前后表达的研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨血清微小核糖核酸mi R-208a在急性心肌梗死(AMI)早期及急诊经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)治疗前后表达的变化。方法选择急性心肌梗死患者30例作为AMI组,选择同期健康体检者20例(均无心脏疾病)作为对照组。AMI患者分别在入院即刻和入院后12 h(PCI术后6 h内)采集血液,健康对照组于清晨空腹采血,观察AMI患者发病早期血清mi R-208a的表达水平,将mi R-208a与肌钙蛋白I、肌酸激酶同工酶表达水平进行相关性分析,并比较AMI患者冠脉介入治疗前后血清mi R-208a的表达变化。结果 AMI患者血清mi R-208a水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),急性心梗患者血清mi R-208a水平与肌钙蛋白I、肌酸激酶同工酶含量呈正相关(r1=0.356,P=0.045;r2=0.456,P=0.011),AMI患者冠脉介入治疗后血清mi R-208a水平较入院即刻显著降低(P<0.05)。结论血清mi R-208a在AMI患者早期表达显著升高,PCI后mi R-208a表达显著降低。 Objective To investigate the change of serum miR-208a in early stage of acute myocardialinfarction (AMI), before and after emergency percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods 30 AMI patientswere selected as AMI group,20 healthy control from physical examination were selected as control group. Bloodsample of AMI group were collected as the time of admission and 12hours after admission (in 6 hours after PCI),fasting blood sample of control group were collected in the morning. Expression of miR-208a were measured in theearly stage of AMI, correlation analysis were conducted between miR-208a and expression level of cardiac troponinI and creatine kinase isoenzyme, and compared the change of miR-208a expression before and after PCI in AMIpatients. Results Serum miR-208a level in AMI group was significantly higher than control group (P<0.05). SerummiR-208a level was positively associated with troponin I and creatine kinase isoenzyme (r1=0.356,P=0.045;r2=0.456,P=0.011). Serum miR-208a level was significantly reduced after PCI treatment (P<0.05). ConclusionSerum miR-208a level was significantly increased in early stage of AMI, but reduced after PCI treatment.
