摘要
食品安全随社会发展逐渐被世人所重视,但由于食品种类繁多、消费群体较大且地域分散;尤其在追溯过程中,涉及到生产与加工、运输与销售等多个环节,使得食品安全追溯及预警问题是整个社会所面临的一个极其复杂的系统工程难题。针对所研究的问题特点,文章首先对系统设计目标及总体架构进行了简单分析;在此基础上,对系统的关键组成部分——车载运输、仓储管理和安全预警等功能模块实现进行了相应的阐述;最后,就自动判别与预警的重要环节——相似度匹配问题,提出了改进的NN算法。
Food safety is increasingly drawing the world attention with the social development. However,because of wide varieties of food, huge consumer groups highly dispersed geographically, plus lots oflinks among production, transportation and sales, the food safety tracing and early warning system hasbecome an extremely complex engineering problems faced by society as a whole. Aimed at itscharacteristics, firstly, system design objecties and its overall architecture are analyzed simply.Subsequently, the key components of the system, including vehicle transportation module, warehousemanagement module and security warning module, together with their functions realization are discussedaccordingly. Finally, an improved NN algorithm is proposed to solve the problem of automaticdiscrimination and its similarity matching.
