摘要
由于铰接转向的性能对平地机作业过程中的安全性和效率具有重要意义,因而有必要对铰接转向液压系统进行分析。利用AMESim软件建立了平地机铰接转向液压系统的数学模型并对其进行动态仿真,分析了铰接转向液压缸对铰接转向性能的影响。通过寻找铰接转向液压缸在转向过程中的运动规律,为平地机铰接转向系统的优化设计提供理论依据。
This paper introduces the principle of the hydraulic hinged joint steering system of grader. The simulationmodels for the hydraulic hinged joint steering system of grader is established by the AMESim software, and dynamicsimulation of it is carried out. By analyzing the different factors for the influence of dynamic simulation models,the change rule of dynamic property is acquired. The simulation results provide theoretical basis for optimizing thehydraulic hinged joint steering system of grader.
