摘要
针对液压起重起升过程中双卷扬不同步的问题,提出采用闭环控制的方法,搭建基于AMESim的液压起重系统闭环同步控制仿真的模型,仿真起升重物。相比之前系统没有加闭环同步控制,本系统起升重物的同步性更加稳定,可为液压起重机同步控制提供一个参考。
For the process of dual winch hydraulic crane sync issue, the simulation model of a hydraulic crane system of closed-loop synchronization control is built based on AMESim to simulate lifting weights in this paper. Comparing the system without the closed-loop synchronization control, the synchronous lifting weights of this system are more stable frankly. So, it can provide a reference for synchronization control of hydraulic cranes.
