摘要
为了适应双螺杆泵模块化设计的需求,提出基于变齿高系数Ω型双螺杆型线的设计,扩大了双螺杆泵的使用范围。同时推导出变齿高系数螺杆理论流量的计算公式,整理出齿高系数与理论流量的关系曲线,并给出合理的齿高系数范围,为Ω型双螺杆泵模块化设计提供理论基础。
This paper provides a design method of omega type twins screw profile based on variable tooth depth coefficients for twins screw pump modular design, which can widen the usage area of twins screw pump. Calculation method of theoretical flow rate and relation curve of tooth depth coefficients and theoretical flow rate are also presented.The empirical range of tooth depth coefficients can be available for twins screw pump modular design.
