广西职业院校校企合作的模式创新

Mode Innovation of Vocational School-Enterprise Partnership in Guangxi

以广西职业院校校企合作为例,运用实地调研方法,从对广西职业院校校企合作的现状分析入手,重点探讨了目前广西职业院校校企合作中存在政府主导性不够、职业院校推动能力不强、企业积极性不高等问题,提出应创新校企合作模式,建立政府主导、职业院校与企业全方位双向主动合作的新模式。

By taking the partnership between vocational school and enterprise in Guangxi province as an example, this paper, with the help of field research method, analyzes the current situation of school-enterprise partnership. The key problems of school-enterprise partnership discussed are impotent dominating role of government, weak promotive power of vocational school and low enthusiasm of enterprise. In view of this, a new and innovative mode of school-enterprise partnership is proposed, with a strong dominating role of government, and a mutually interactive, active and all-round partnership between school and enterprise.
