微拉美提升带在中面部提升中的应用

The application of the Hai Lift Suspension in the facial ascension

目的:探讨微拉美提升带在矫正中面部下垂手术中的临床应用效果。方法:对本组共18例患者均行中面部提升手术,根据患者中面部不同的松弛程度应用不同数量的微拉美提升带,并对术后效果进行评价。术后评估指标包括:提升幅度、手术并发症、外观满意度等。结果:术后所有患者平均随访6.3个月,均为出现并发症,并对术后外观效果表示满意。结论:采用微拉美提升带治疗中面部松垂是一种创伤小,恢复快,效果明显的手术方法。

Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of using Hai Lift Suspensionin suspension of middle face. Methodseighteen patients were choosed in the operation.The middle face lifting operation was applied to 18 patients.We used differentnumber of according to different degrees of relaxationof patients.Then we evaluated the plastic effect by using someindexes,lifting range,complications,appearance of satisfaction. Results The patients were average followed up for 6.3 monthsafter operation.All of them had a good result without severe complication. Conclusion It is an effective and safe technique formid-face-lift with smaller incision, faster recovery and obvious effect.
