自体脂肪颗粒多层次注射填充重塑面部轮廓

Reshaping face contour by injecting and filling autologous fat granule with a multilevel approach

目的：探讨自体脂肪颗粒多层次注射填充重塑面部轮廓的临床效果。方法：注射器吸脂，采用纱布分离和净化脂肪，直接取黄色脂肪颗粒转入1ml注射器，经多层次注射填充于面部。结果：对57例实施面部颗粒脂肪多层次注射填充患者，随访3～36个月，面部注射填充部位较前饱满、圆润，且无血肿、硬结、感染等并发症发生。临床取得了良好的重塑面部轮廓的效果。结论：自体脂肪颗粒注射填充重塑面部轮廓，效果持久稳定，是一种安全、理想的方法。

Objective To investigatethe clinical effect of reshaping face contours by injecting and filling autologous fat granulewith a multi-level injection. Methods Extractingfat with a syringe, separating and cleaning fat with gauze. The yellowfat granule was extracteddirectly and transferred into 1 ml syringe, then filledinto face with multi-level injection. ResultsFollowed up 57 patients who took this surgery between 3-36 months, facial injection filling parts were full and juicy, with nohematoma, induration,infection or other complications.This surgery has favorable clinic effects in reshaping face contours asdemonstrated. Conclusions Injecting and filling autologous fat granule has a lasting and stable effect. So it's a safe and idealmethod to reshape face contours.
