A型肉毒毒素注射降口角肌产生微笑时口角上扬甜美面容的效果探讨

Aesthetic effect of mouth up when smile by injection botulinum toxin type A on depressor anguli oris muscle

目的：探讨用A型肉毒毒素注射降口角肌产生微笑时口角上扬而显现甜美面容的效果。方法：募集60名志愿者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例，在双盲法的情况下，治疗组在每侧的降口角肌分2个点各注射0.1ml含有2.5个单位的A型肉毒毒素溶液；对照组用等量生理盐水同法注射。结果：术后5～6周随访统计治疗效果，治疗组有20例效果明显，有效率66.67%；对照组均无明显效果，经χ2检验，两者具有显著性统计学差异。结论：应用A型肉毒毒素注射降口角肌，可形成微笑时口角上扬的甜美面容，美学效果良好，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effects of botulinum toxin type A in lifting angle of the mouth when smile. MethodsSixty volunteers were randomly divided into treatment group (30 cases) and control group (30cases). In the case of doubleblinded,treatment group was injected 5 units botulinum toxin type A on the depressor anguli oris muscle at 2 points, the samemethod was used in the control group with the same amount of normal saline. Results The effective rate of treatment groupwas 66.67%, and control group was 0. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion It can form sweet face whensmile by injection botulinum toxin type A on depressor anguli oris muscle, and have a good aesthetic effect. It is worth clinicalpromoting.
