眶隔脂肪释放在下睑袋成形术中矫正泪沟及睑颊沟的应用分析

目的：介绍眶隔脂肪在睑袋成形术中矫正泪沟及睑颊沟的方法、疗效、优缺点。方法：在常规下睑袋整复手术中，笔者采用带蒂眶隔脂肪复合组织转移填充泪沟及睑颊沟缺陷，达到平坦、自然的外观。结果：本组病例120例，术后随访1～3个月，效果满意，少数患者出现球结膜水肿，经相应治疗后治愈，没有出现睑球分离、下睑退缩的情况。结论：眶隔脂肪释放技术在下睑袋整复术中。越来越多的占据重要地位，通过解剖复位达到“废物”利用，起到一举两得的效果。

Objective To introduce the orbital fat in lower eyelid forming method, intraoperative correction of lacrimal grooveand palpebromalar groove effect, advantages and disadvantages. Methods In the routine of lower eyelid blepharoplastysurgery,the author uses pedicle orbital septum fat composite tissue transfer populating the lacrimal groove and palabromalargroove defects, to smooth and natural appearance. Results 120 cases of this group were followed up for 1 to 3 months.The results were satisfactory.There were few patients with conjunctival edema. After corresponding treatment, there was noseparation of eyelid and lower eyelid retraction. Conclusion The release of the orbital fat in lower eyelid blepharoplasty. Moreand more occupy an important position by anatomical reduction reached "waste" to shoot two hawks with one arrow effect.
