中职中医美容专业校企合作实践教学体系的构建研究与实践

Research and practice on the construction of school enterprise cooperation practice teaching system of Chinese medicine cosmetology specialty in secondary vocational school

现阶段学校与美容企业合作存在着教学实践内容落后、实践双师型教师比例较低、实训资源匮乏及设备简单、教学评价形式单一等问题。针对以上问题,提出在校企合作的基础上构建切实有效的实践教学体系:校企合作的基础上根据美容行业的岗位职业能力对实践课程进行改革;课程教学与美容师职业资格的考试内容进行有效对接;实现教学考核主体的多元化等。

At the present stage,the cooperation between school and Cosmetology enterprise has the problems such as thebackward teaching practice,the low proportion of practice teachers,the lack of training resources,the simple equipment, thesingle teaching evaluation form and so on. For the establishment of effective practice teaching system on the basis of schoolenterprise cooperation: Based on school enterprise cooperation according to the beauty industry professional ability of practiceof the curriculum reform; curriculum teaching and beautician vocational qualification examination content are effective on theground; to achieve the diversification of the teaching assessment of the main and presented in view of the above problems.
