喷吹煤粉在高炉内有效放热的计算 被引量:1

摘要 在当前我国钢铁行业举步维艰的不利形势下,控制钢铁生产过程中消耗的燃料成本已迫在眉睫。本文选取了12种高炉生产过程中实际使用的喷吹煤样,通过分析煤中不同化学组分对煤粉燃烧释放热量的消耗,综合计算了煤粉在高炉内燃烧可释放有效热量,提出了高炉喷吹煤种更为科学合理的评价方式。 In consideration of the current adverse situation of iron and steel industry in China,decreasing the fuel consumption in iron and steel production has become an urgent task. Therefore,12 coals for practical blast furnace injection were selected in this research and the heat consumption of different chemical phases in combustion reaction of coal was analyzed. Consequently,the effective heat of pulverized coal produced by its combustion in blast furnace was calculated according to the basic parameters of coals,by which a scientific method for the evaluation of blast furnace injected coal was invented.
