综合高中课程设置的国际经验

摘要 课程是实现综合高中办学理念最重要的支撑。各国综合高中课程设置的共性集中体现在:一是课程目标上强调为学生持续发展奠定共同基础,为学生的全面发展提供充分支持,为学生的适性发展提供选择机会,为学生增进自我认识提供适切引导;二是课程结构上注重核心课程、学术类和职业类课程的统筹安排,强调以多种组织方式实现课程的综合性、实践性和选择性,重视在宏观和微观两个层面形成合理的课时安排;三是课程管理上注重以分权式的管理制度、配套式的管理机制,为课程实施过程的有效性提供保障。这些共性将为推进综合高中在我国的发展提供积极的借鉴。 Curriculum is the strong support to realize the aim of comprehensive high school. The comprehensive high school curriculum of many countries shares the following three common points. First,the course objectives emphasize on the common basis of sustainable development for the students, provide full support for the overall development of students, the opportunities for the personality development of students, and the appropriate guidance for students to enhance self-awareness. Secondly,the course structure focuses on the overall arrangements for the core curriculum, academic and vocational courses, emphasizes on the variety of ways to achieve the comprehensiveness, practicality and seletiveness of the curriculum, and forms a reasonable scheduling on the macro and micro levels. And finally, the course management focuses on protection for the effectiveness of the curriculum implement process, with the decentralized management system and a set of management mechanism. These would provide a positive reference to promote the development of the comprehensive high school in China.
