武汉市某高校大学生结核病健康教育效果评价 被引量:8

Effect Evaluation of Tuberculosis Health Education Among Undergraduates in a University in Wuhan

摘要 目的:了解大学生对结核病防治知识核心信息的掌握情况,评价大学生结核病健康教育的效果。方法:对武汉市某高校在校的1332名大学生进行结核病防治的健康教育,教育前后分别进行问卷调查,对调查结果进行描述性统计并评价教育效果。结果:健康教育前后,大学生结核病防治知识核心信息总知晓率分别为53.40%和94.44%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);核心信息全部知晓率分别为18.00%和77.08%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);各单一核心信息知晓率也有显著提高(P<0.01)。健康教育前生源地为农村的大学生的知晓率低于生源地为城市的大学生,健康教育后无差别(P>0.01)。结论:大学生结核病健康教育效果良好,包括健康讲座、网络、电视、广播等在内的综合形式的健康教育措施可作为高校健康促进的有效手段。 Objective:To explore the awareness status of core knowledge of tuberculosis(TB) prevention and treatment , evaluate the effect of TB health education among undergraduates. Methods: 1332 students from a college in Wuhan got TB health education and answered a questionnaire before and after the program, then the results were compared. Results : The total awareness rates of TB prevention core knowledge of all students before and after health education were 53. 40% and 94. 44% respectively, the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0. 01). The awareness rates of all core knowledge were 18. 00% and 77. 08% respectively, the difference was statistically significant (P <0. 01). The awareness rates of each core knowledge were greatly improved (P < 0 . 01). Before health education the awareness rate among the undergraduates who were form villages was lower than that among the undergraduates who were form cities. No significant difference was discovered after health education ( P > 0. 01). Conclusion:The effect of TB health education among the undergraduates was remarkable. Comprehensive education measures such as health lectures, internet, television, broadcast and so on could be effective means of health promotion in university.
