荆门市社区慢性病健康管理医疗意见领袖识别及基本特征

Identification and Basic Characteristics of Medical Opinion Leaders of Chronic Diseases Health Management in Community in Jingmen

目的:以社区高血压群体为例,对社区慢性病管理医疗意见领袖进行识别并分析其基本特征。方法:采用修改的Flynn意见领袖问卷进行识别,运用分阶段整群随机抽样的方法选取荆门市4个小区所有高血压患者共265名,进行一对一问卷调查,采用卡方检验、Kruskal-Wails秩和检验进行组间比较。结果:潜在医疗意见领袖比普通患者具有更高的职业地位、文化程度和经济水平,但在性别、年龄上未见显著差异。医疗意见领袖在疾病知识得分和行为控制得分上显著高于普通组,说明其具有更高的疾病知识和健康行为控制能力,但在血压控制效果和社会支持人数上两组未见显著性差异。结论:医疗意见领袖在人口学特征和个人慢性病管理特征上显示其具备影响他人健康管理的潜力,社区需培训并协助其拓宽网络影响力。

Objective : To identify medical opinion leaders and analyze their characteristics by choosing typical chronic disease patients with hypertension as the research objects. Methods: Revised opinion seeking scale by Flynn was used. Multistage randomized cluster sampling was used to select all 265 hypertension patients in 4 communities in Jingmen and face - to - face survey was carried out. Chi - square test and kruskal-wails test were used to compare the difference between groups. Results: Potential medical opinion leaders had significant higher level occupation, education and economic status, but there are no differences in age and gender. Disease knowledge score and health behavior score of medicalopinion leaders group were significant higher than normal group. But the blood pressure control effect and the social support network were no significant difference between two groups. Conclusion : The medical opinion leaders, demographic characteristics and chronic disease management characteristics showed that they have the potential impact on other people, s health management. Communities needed to train and help them to expand their network influence.
