云计算服务责任险发展情况研究

随着云计算的快速发展,云服务用户群逐渐由互联网行业小微用户转为传统行业企业级用户,传统行业企业级用户更为关心云服务不可用和数据丢失造成的损失。云计算服务责任险正是这样一种针对云服务提供的风险管理方式,即分担云服务商可能发生的风险带来的损失。文章通过分析我国云保险发展背景和意义,借鉴全球已成功开展云保险国家的经验,总结我国云保险开展情况,最后提出进一步开展相关云保险工作的建议。

With Cloud computing developing rapidly, traditional industry enterprise gradually uses cloud service instead ofinternet users. Traditional industry enterprise users concern more about available service and data loss. Cloud insurance issuch a risk management of cloud service. This paper analyzes the background of cloud insurance, draw lessons from globalsuccessful experience, summarizes the current cloud insurance work of our country and finally makes suggestions for thefurther cloud insurance work.
