摘要
我国特殊教育领域教师培养的有效性不足。研究特殊教育教师职前职后成长的完整过程,揭示其专业成长的真实状态与主要影响因素,有助于探寻当下培养特殊教育教师的有效路径。通过对两位特殊教育教师专业成长的个案研究发现,职前专业课程的学习、综合素质的提升、职后教学反思、公开课教学等是影响教师成长的主要因素。研究结果揭示:在培养特殊教育教师的过程中需要把握教师职业"术"与"道"之间的适当张力;增强教育理论知识学习与教育实践知识获取的有机结合;提供适当平台,激发教师专业成长;培养教师教学反思的习惯;建立高校与中小学合作的教师教育共同体。
The validity of special education teachers training is insufficient in China. Researching thewhole process of cultivating a special education teacher, revealing its actual state and the main interferencehelp to explore the effective paths of training special education teachers. Professional course of study, thecomprehensive quality of ascension in pre-work, teaching reflection, public class teaching in post-work is themain factor of influencing teachers’ growth based on the case studies of two special education teachers’professional development. The results showed that it needs to grasp the appropriate tension between theprofessional “art” and “tao”; strengthen the combination between learning education theory knowledge andeducation practice knowledge; provide appropriate platform to arouse teachers' professional growth; cultivatethe habit of reflection in teaching ;establish the cooperation of education community between the teachers inbasic education and higher education in the process of cultivation of special education teachers.
