摘要
在研究分析翅片管内、外换热特性及其计算方法的基础上,通过对翅片管内水侧换热的理论计算和翅片管外空气侧换热的数值模拟分析,提出了一种用来确定不同结构参数时翅片管强制对流散热器散热量的有效方法并进行了实验验证分析,同时给出了该方法的应用算例.
Based on the research and analysis of the heat transfer characteristics in the out of the fin tube and the calculation method of the capacity,through the theoretical calculation of the water side’s heat transfer in the fin tube and the numerical simulation analysis of the air side’s heat transfer out of the finned tube,this paper puts forward an effective method to determine the heat dissipating capacity of the fin tube forced convection radiator under different structural parameters.What’s more,this paper does the experimental verification.At the same time,this paper gives an application example of this method.
