人口较少民族聚居地区城乡医疗救助现状调查

Investigation of Current Urban and Rural Medical Assistance in Minority Nationalities Inhabited Regions

文章的研究目的是为政府扶持人口较少民族提供决策参考。通过对环江县、贡山县和芒市的调查,课题组发现人口较少民族聚居地区的医疗救助存在支付水平低、知晓率低等问题。对于这些问题,课题组建议采取地市级财政和县级财政加大对医疗救助的支持力度、建设城乡一体化的医疗救助体系和增加对人口较少民族聚居地区医疗卫生事业的专项扶持资金等措施来加以解决。

The purpose of this study is providing reference for government decision-making to support the minorities with less population. Through investigating Huanjiang county, Gongshan county and Mangshi, this research group discover that the urban and rural medical assistance in the regions where minority nationalities with less population live in compact communities has some problem,such as the level of payment is low, the rate of awareness is low, and so on. The research group advise that the municipal and county finance strengthen the support related to medical assistance, construct urban-rural integration of medical assistance system and increase the special capital of support for the development of medical and health services in the regions where minority nationalities with less population live in compact communities, and so on.
