摘要 本文对传统的表面机械强化技术和特点进行回顾,介绍并评述近些年发展和应用较好的金属材料——超声表面强化技术,主要包括超声冲击处理技术、超声喷丸强化技术以及超声深滚强化和滚光技术。介绍其研发现状,对其特点、限制和传统的表面接卸强化技术进行比较,提出针对金属材料超声表面强化技术的发展建议。 This paper surface of traditional mechanicalstrengthening technique and characteristic of the review, introducesand comments on in recent years, the development and applicationof good metal materials by surface strengthening technology, mainlyincluding ultrasonic impact treatment technology, ultrasonic shotpeening strengthening technique and Ultrasonic Deep Rollingstrengthening and rolling technology. Introduces its research anddevelopment status, the characteristics, limitations and traditionalsurface loading and unloading strengthening technique forcomparison of, the metal material ultrasonic surface strengtheningtechnology development proposals.
