近海己运行10kV配电线路设备的防腐涂装可行性研究

摘要 由于近海区域特殊环境原因,10k V及以下设备都需要采取一定的防腐技术。已投入运行使用的10k V配电线路设备在经过一段时间运行后,一些容易受到腐蚀的外漏设备如线夹接线处、变压器接线处、低压户外开关出线线耳接线处等,都需要进行防腐涂装处理。本研究共分为三个部分,第一部分主要分析造成近海环境造成配电线路腐蚀的因素,第二部分介绍近海环境下配电线路的几种防腐措施,并具体分析涂装防腐对已经投入使用的配电线路防腐的可行性,第三部分则给出防腐涂装施工工艺流程和已投入使用的配电线路防腐涂装的注意事项。 Due to the special environment in the coastalarea, 10kV and the following equipment need to take certain anticorrosiontechnology. Have been put into operation the use of10kV distribution line equipment after a period of time after theoperation, some susceptible to corrosion leakage equipment suchas wire clip wiring, transformer wiring, outdoor low-voltage switchoutlet wiring ear line etc., need painting anticorrosive processing.This study is divided into three parts. In the first part, it mainlyanalyzes cause offshore environment caused by the corrosion ofdistribution lines factors, offshore environment is introduced in thesecond part of distribution lines of some anticorrosion measures,and specific analysis of anticorrosion coating has been put into useof distribution line corrosion can be performed, the third part isgiven anticorrosion coating construction process and has been putinto use of distribution line anti-corrosion coating matters to theattention of the.
