本文介绍我国气缸装配的现状,指出其存在的问题,说明研制一种自动化程度较高的气缸装配流水线的必要性,并进一步介绍公司研制的新的气缸装配流水线设计的工艺流程及基本组成单元。

This paper describes the present situation ofthe cylinder assembly, pointed out the existing problems that isnecessary to develop a higher degree of automation of the cylinderassembly line, and further introduces the company developed thenew cylinder assembly line design process and basic compositionunit.
