摘要
轧机系统是热轧厂的核心设备,而作为自动控制的液压伺服系统则是轧机的控制大脑(CPU)。液压控制系统串联分散到轧机各部位,关系轧线的稳定生产和安全运行。本文通过对宝钢热轧厂轧机液压系统的常见故障进行综合分析,探析汇总故障原因,以助于轧机现场液压故障预测和诊断,从而提前进行预防性维修,提升现场生产的稳定性和产品质量。
The rolling mill system is the core equipmentof the hot rolling mill, and the control of the brain (CPU) as theautomatic control of the hydraulic servo system. The hydrauliccontrol system is connected in series with each part of the rollingmill, which is a stable production and safe operation of the rollingline. In this paper, through comprehensive analysis of commonfault of Baosteel hot rolling mill hydraulic servo system, faultreasons of summary, to help in mill hydraulic fault diagnosis andprediction, so as to advance preventive maintenance, enhance onsiteproduction stability and the quality of the products.
