摘要
目的探讨骨瓜提取物注射剂致过敏性休克的规律及特点。方法采用回顾性研究方法,对42例骨瓜提取物注射剂致过敏性休克病例报告进行分析。结果 42例病例中男性多于女性;以老年人为主;发生时间多在用药开始后10 min内。结论骨瓜提取物注射剂导致过敏性休克通常发生时间短,临床要加强监护。生产厂家有必要对骨瓜提取物进行再评价。
Objective To explore the characteristics of anaphylactic shock caused by Gugua extracts injection.Methods By retrospective study methods,we analyzed the 42 anaphylactic shock reports of Gugua extracts injection.Results In the 42 cases of ADR reports,the proportion of males was higher than female; the elderly were the main of age distribution; Most Anaphylactic shock occurred within 10min. Conclusion The anaphylactic shock caused by Gugua extracts injection usually occurred in a short time and clinical monitoring should be strengthened. Gugua extracts injection re-evaluation is necessary for manufacturers.
